An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarell Saura in the 2nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Lanus's goalkeeper Astor Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Pastor kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Castellano during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 9 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Castellano. Astor Teofilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordarell Saura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cordarell Saura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Astor Teofilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Leopoldo Pastor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Club Atletico Lanus getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Isidoro Torres hit a great ball. Elpidio Acha kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordarell Saura in the 35th minute of play forced Club Atletico Lanus's goalkeeper Astor Teofilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Castellano scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Teofilio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Cordarell Saura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Astor Teofilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Oscar Castellano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Castellano scored 0-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Astor Teofilio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half SC Pfullendorf were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

SC Pfullendorf's Bras Odín was substituted for Erlantz Coya. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cordarell Saura was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to SC Pfullendorf getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Elpidio Acha hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Leopoldo Pastor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Pfullendorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 63rd minute, Cordarell Saura fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 64th minute, Humberto Clodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Oscar Castellano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Leopoldo Pastor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Astor Teofilio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 80 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's Leopoldo Pastor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Teofilio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Astor Teofilio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albino Naranjo in the 84th minute. Astor Teofilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cordarell Saura, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 89th minute, Geronimo Abascal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Club Atletico Lanus fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SC Pfullendorf were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
