When David Björkqvist came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Mulle FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Björkqvist couldn't finish the play. In the 5th match minute, Vårby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Söderquist to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Björkqvist in the 6th minute of play forced Vårby's goalkeeper Johan Beckman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Svante Utfal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustaf Söderquist hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mulle FC's Svante Utfal got control of the ball when Sebastian Mellin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Vårby got a corner. Mulle FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mårten Söderqwist ran over to the corner to take the kick. Sebastian Mellin struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Svante Utfal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vårby. If Sebastian Mellin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svante Utfal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Mellin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Oscar Alfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nils Tidén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johan Beckman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Björkqvist in the 35th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Vårby's goal looked a bit too open when David Björkqvist came free, but Johan Beckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Mulle FC got a freekick which was hit by Tim Isaksson. Svante Utfal was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mårten Söderqwist. When Vårby's Sebastian Mellin in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mulle FC's goalie prevented a goal.

Roy Fors kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Valter Käller fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vårby's protests and gave Valter Käller a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mulle FC booed when Vårby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Käller didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes, Mulle FC's Roy Fors shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Johan Beckman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mulle FC reached it. Henrik Petersson kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Svante Utfal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mårten Söderqwist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, David Björkqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Björkqvist got free with Johan Beckman in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Mellin in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Svante Utfal saved Mulle FC from getting behind. Isaac Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When Vårby's Sebastian Mellin in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mulle FC's goalie prevented a goal. David Frisk's late challenge caught a Vårby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Frisk helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Mulle FC got a freekick which was hit by David Frisk. In the 78th minute Vårby were awarded a corner. Mårten Söderqwist went to the cornerflag to take it. Mårten Söderqwist made a great header on Vårby's corner, it was just that Mulle FC's Svante Utfal managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 83rd minute, Valter Käller hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Beckman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Fors, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Sebastian Mellin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Svante Utfal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vårby had won after a very even match.
