An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Botelho in the 12th minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Silvano Portillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Prudencio Goiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gracie Barra's Falcão Cunha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Humberto Cordera kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's goalkeeper Falcão Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prudencio Goiz. Tudor Hurezeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Falcão Cunha having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prudencio Goiz in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Falcão Cunha saved Gracie Barra from getting behind.

Falcão Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Goiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Nilton Botelho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvano Portillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 71st minute, Juli Alvarez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Falcão Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gracie Barra's Snorri De Hond was substituted for Augusto Saldanha. Gracie Barra made a substitution. Jamey Hankins replaced Pedro Velloso. When Hugo de Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Gracie Barra fans jumped to their feet.
