After 7 minutes Befruktas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lei Xiang Rong who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Lei Xiang Rong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kaj Gråberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emilio Argina kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Hannover Reds were awarded a corner. Lei Xiang Rong went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 16th minute Emilio Argina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Gråberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hannover Reds's Lei Xiang Rong was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kaj Gråberg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kaj Gråberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Voss in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th play minute Lars Voss came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kaj Gråberg. 1-0. In the 24th minute Billy Bryngelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernd Yuschni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Bryngelsson came free, but Bernd Yuschni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaj Gråberg made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Lars Voss sent off a good shot on target. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Bryngelsson in the 31st minute of the match. Uno Mattsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernd Yuschni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Emilio Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hannover Reds's supporters rose to their feet, but Emilio Argina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaj Gråberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Berg came free, but Bernd Yuschni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uno Mattsson in the 39th minute of play forced Hannover Reds's goalkeeper Bernd Yuschni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Befruktas FC's Billy Bryngelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernd Yuschni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Bryngelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Åke Häll took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernd Yuschni. Hannover Reds's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Emilio Argina made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Befruktas FC booed when Hannover Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Markus Thalberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hannover Reds's Bernd Yuschni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uno Mattsson in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57thth minute of the game Sven-Åke Häll who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hannover Reds's Bernd Yuschni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After taking down the ball on Befruktas FC's corner Uno Mattsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernd Yuschni quite easily take care of the ball. In the 65th minute, Billy Bryngelsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Uno Mattsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Bernd Yuschni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Berg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Bernd Yuschni made a huge save. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hannover Reds's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boris Kråk was slow to take the kick. During this time Befruktas FC's players had a chance to rest. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Befruktas FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lei Xiang Rong was slow to take the kick. During this time Hannover Reds's players had a chance to rest. After 81 played minutes Hannover Reds got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Busch. Boris Kråk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hannover Reds's goalkeeper Bernd Yuschni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Befruktas FC defense, Willi Tilmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaj Gråberg. The Befruktas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaj Gråberg should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Billy Bryngelsson got free with Bernd Yuschni in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernd Yuschni made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Billy Bryngelsson sent off a good shot on target. The Hannover Reds support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
