Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Damaso Sancho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Glasston's Carlton Convine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Glasston from getting a goal against them. Andrew Specht kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Congo Bongo's Petre Traian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Grandison in the 11th minute of play. 15 minutes into the game, Mete Golob cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Petre Traian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the match, Glasston's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Iaki came free, but Carlton Convine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Glasston getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Tom Rheistein hit a great ball. In the last second Carlton Convine throw himself and got hold of the ball when Froilan Iaki in the 22ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Congo Bongo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sergio Austin in the 23rd minute. Congo Bongo's Sergio Austin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Carlton Convine in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Andrew Specht hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Thomas Grandison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glasston's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Grandison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Traian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Grandison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Traian having to interfere. If Thomas Grandison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlton Convine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Sancho in the 38th minute. Petre Traian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Grandison's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Thomas Grandison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Traian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlton Convine made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Sergio Austin sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael van der Vaart made a kick off. Thomas Grandison received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Petre Traian came out and tried to block the shot, but Thomas Grandison slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Congo Bongo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bengt-Rune Rolfsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Glasston's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Glasston's corner Bengt-Rune Rolfsson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Petre Traian quite easily take care of the ball. In the 58th minute of the match, Rafael van der Vaart got a very nice opportunity to score, but Petre Traian was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Bennett Rishton kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Congo Bongo's Arnaldo Oidor was substituted for Damaso Sancho. Congo Bongo's Sergio Austin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Glasston. Carlton Convine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Özalp Yavuzalp got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bengt-Rune Rolfsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Petre Traian made a huge save. Carlton Convine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Austin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Austin succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Froilan Iaki took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlton Convine. Carlton Convine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Carlton Convine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Oidor in the 81st minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Glasston got a freekick which was hit by Rafael van der Vaart. Carlton Convine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Mete Golob came free, but Petre Traian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes Glasston got a freekick which was hit by Bengt-Rune Rolfsson. Carlton Convine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Froilan Iaki scored 3-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlton Convine, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Congo Bongo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
