Achim Meyers came out of the goal and Esteban Vadillos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Belo Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 minutes of play, A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achim Meyers was left in no man's land by his defense there! 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Augsburg 1907's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nereo Acosta was slow to take the kick. During this time A.D. Alcorcón's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of F.C. Augsburg 1907's goalie and right to Erlantz Bermejo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. F.C. Augsburg 1907's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Achim Meyers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Achim Meyers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Achim Meyers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Jan-Philipp Schnitzler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Zingler in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göksel Müfit to make the kick off. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Zingler, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Laurin Mangas replaced Nereo Acosta. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. With a little luck, A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena got control of the ball when Göksel Müfit tried to sneak it across the goal line. F.C. Augsburg 1907's Achim Meyers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erlantz Bermejo in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, F.C. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez got a free kick in the 91st minute. Christopher Trautermann hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A.D. Alcorcón fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C. Augsburg 1907 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
