An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Azubeli in the 3rd minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Ovidio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tonni Landberger kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Vilfred Hvidman made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Intimos de Reynoso's Aquiles Castro. When Intimos de Reynoso's Meder Muños in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 17th minute Álvaro Recoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Roland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Recoba came free, but Ovidio Roland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Erik Åström in the 23rd minute of play forced Intimos de Reynoso's goalkeeper Ovidio Roland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Azubeli took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidio Roland. Ovidio Roland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Constantin Maali made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pawel Engler in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the match, Intimos de Reynoso's goal looked a bit too open when Tyge Agesen came free, but Ovidio Roland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ovidio Roland stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jan-Erik Åström's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After 39 minutes, Jan-Erik Åström made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44 played minutes Intimos de Reynoso got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Castro. Aquiles Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Ovidio Roland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Azubeli in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Intimos de Reynoso's Ovidio Roland got control of the ball when Álvaro Recoba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Álvaro Recoba's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ovidio Roland firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 79th minute, Lope Quijana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantin Maali was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ovidio Roland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álvaro Recoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Steve Steven had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Constantin Maali. ABC anno 2012 est. 2002's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Steve Steven was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Ovidio Roland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Azubeli in the 92nd minute. If Janpier Alvisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Diego Armando Faso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. Tomás Azubeli shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The ABC anno 2012 est. 2002 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Intimos de Reynoso from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
