Antonio Montana made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Julio Kemen sent off a good shot on target. 11 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Fagildo Pamanes came free, but Antonio Montana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hieronim Ledochowski's late challenge caught a Consejo del Mate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hieronim Ledochowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, C.A.Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hieronim Ledochowski to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Montana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño in the 24th minute of play. The corner ended in Freddy Bidun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but C.A.Independiente's Antonio Montana did a great save. Antonio Montana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Kemen in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fagildo Pamanes in the 30th minute of play forced C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper Antonio Montana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nedim Baysoy in the 31st minute of the match. Julio Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the game, Julio Kemen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Montana. Julio Kemen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After 43 played minutes Consejo del Mate got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Bidun. After having played for 44 minutes, Bernardino Gonsalve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Independiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Gonsalve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonio Montana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Kemen in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Fagildo Pamanes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonio Montana, 3-0.

Hugo Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedim Baysoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Bolo Bolaño came free, but Antonio Montana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Bernardino Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Bolo Bolaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Consejo del Mate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 72 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Bolo Bolaño came free, but Antonio Montana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ervin Alla kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Consejo del Mate got a freekick which was hit by Ervin Alla. C.A.Independiente's Antonio Montana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolo Bolaño in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the C.A.Independiente defense, Julio Kemen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Montana. The C.A.Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Montana should have stopped the shot. After taking down the ball on Consejo del Mate's corner Javier Betadur fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antonio Montana quite easily take care of the ball. In the 91st minute Nedim Baysoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Bernardino Gonsalve managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Independiente's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Gonsalve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Orlando Gatti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antonio Montana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Kemen went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
