Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Peter Linkhorst kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute, Robert Ununger made a precise shot to the right of Hervé Leplat. New York FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Hervé Leplat made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Andreas Spante sent off a good shot on target. After 13 minutes, Fernand Fève mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the New York FC and the ManagerZone Crew players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to New York FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Fernand Fève hit a great ball. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaud Bourgois, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Robert Ununger struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Hervé Leplat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ManagerZone Crew. Hervé Leplat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th match minute, ManagerZone Crew was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thorsten Dietz to maneuver through the defense. Alban Da Cruz struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Patrick Armstrong didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for New York FC. Gaspard Dixneuf charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspard Dixneuf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Linkhorst in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hervé Leplat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to ManagerZone Crew getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Adrian Rosario hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hervé Leplat. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. 48 minutes into the game, Adrian Våleman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hervé Leplat. Adrian Våleman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cheikh Breysse made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Andreas Spante got a free kick in the 55th minute. Fernand Fève, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. New York FC's Hervé Leplat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thorbjörn Olerius in the 58th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Cheikh Breysse sent off a good shot on target. Ryan Seguier hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in New York FC's zone, Peter Linkhorst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hervé Leplat came out of the goal and Peter Linkhorst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Adrian Våleman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hervé Leplat was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Merlin Noyon hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Hervé Leplat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ununger in the 73rd minute of the match. When ManagerZone Crew's Robert Ununger, in the 75th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for ManagerZone Crew. Thorbjörn Olerius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Hervé Leplat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. New York FC's Hervé Leplat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Våleman in the 79th minute of play. Hervé Leplat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Spante in the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of New York FC booed when ManagerZone Crew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Majewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, ManagerZone Crew's Thorbjörn Olerius got a free kick in the 86th minute. Michaël Dieudonné's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michaël Dieudonné helped the player get up and apologised. ManagerZone Crew made a substitution. Marcus Murwall replaced Peter Linkhorst. Michaël Dieudonné hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ManagerZone Crew fans cheered their team off the field, for while New York FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
