In the 81st minute, Ponciano Abarca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, River CBBA's Endura Abechuco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Rulli narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Endura Abechuco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geronimo Rulli having to make a save. Geronimo Rulli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ponciano Abarca, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Internacional's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
