Iker Hidalgo came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by ORIZABA F.C.'s Cauan Rosa. But to his dismay, Cauan Rosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Iker Hidalgo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cauan Rosa's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Iker Hidalgo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cauan Rosa went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Kosakowski in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Hidalgo saved Velho Barreiro FC from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Cauan Rosa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Montenegro in the 21st minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Richárd Textex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ORIZABA F.C.'s attentive Erubiel Hats managed to snatch the ball when Michel Siqueira made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. 24 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s Cauan Rosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Hidalgo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cauan Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Hidalgo having to interfere. ORIZABA F.C.'s Erubiel Hats managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Michel Siqueira in the 27 minute of the game. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute of the match, Zico Galo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Richárd Textex saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iker Hidalgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Kosakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Hidalgo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Rosa in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Kosakowski in the 36th minute of play forced Velho Barreiro FC's goalkeeper Iker Hidalgo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Kosakowski took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Hidalgo. Iker Hidalgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The supporters of ORIZABA F.C. booed when Velho Barreiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferid Eker didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s Cauan Rosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Hidalgo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Michel Siqueira in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ORIZABA F.C.'s Erubiel Hats. With a little luck, Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo got control of the ball when Cauan Rosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cauan Rosa took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Hidalgo. Iker Hidalgo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When ORIZABA F.C.'s Cauan Rosa in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Velho Barreiro FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cauan Rosa in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Hidalgo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Velho Barreiro FC's Edmílson Cosme was substituted for Ferid Eker. The throw-in from Michel Siqueira in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ORIZABA F.C.'s Melchor Florin. 74 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s Leoncio Huerta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Hidalgo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zico Galo in the 78th minute of play forced ORIZABA F.C.'s goalkeeper Richárd Textex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Velho Barreiro FC's Iker Hidalgo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Rosa in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, ORIZABA F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Naldo Guerra came free, but Richárd Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Hidalgo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leoncio Huerta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes, Erubiel Hats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ORIZABA F.C. and the Velho Barreiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erubiel Hats kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Edmílson Cosme took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richárd Textex. Richárd Textex dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. ORIZABA F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
