The tension between the SSC Special Eleven and the The Swedish Nightmare players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alesandro Costacurta kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After some careless play in the SSC Special Eleven defense, Niklas Ekeberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Ştiopul. The SSC Special Eleven fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Ştiopul should have stopped the shot. Edgar Åström made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Dennis Termander sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Dennis Termander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edgar Åström. The goal made the score 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, The Swedish Nightmare's goalkeeper Edgar Åström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso Mauro. Damian Ştiopul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Ekeberg in the 42nd minute of the match. Damian Ştiopul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hjalmar Backlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Apelquist in the 45th minute of play forced SSC Special Eleven's goalkeeper Damian Ştiopul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The Swedish Nightmare's Jörgen Linquist was substituted for Alexander Nordgren. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Ştiopul came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by The Swedish Nightmare's Niklas Ekeberg. But to his dismay, Niklas Ekeberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
