The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Los Casa Fantasmas FC's Eugenio Lertxun got control of the ball when Ivar Billock tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manfred Öberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 played minutes Nordic Union got a freekick which was hit by Mariusz Prusinowski. A collision led to Los Casa Fantasmas FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Jeremias Criston hit a great ball. The supporters of Nordic Union booed when Los Casa Fantasmas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Che didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Los Casa Fantasmas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Söderquist came free, but Eugenio Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenio Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tao Shi Fan in the 12th minute of the match. With his leg Eugenio Lertxun managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Nordic Union's Ivar Billock fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Nordic Union's Ivar Billock got a free kick in the 17th minute. Los Casa Fantasmas FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fredrik Söderquist 20 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tao Shi Fan in the 27th minute of play forced Los Casa Fantasmas FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Lertxun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Mariusz Prusinowski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugenio Lertxun. Mariusz Prusinowski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Eugenio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tao Shi Fan in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Fredrik Söderquist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Eugenio Lertxun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 36 minutes into the match, Ivar Billock notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Los Casa Fantasmas FC's Eugenio Lertxun. Eugenio Lertxun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute of the match, Ivar Billock got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eugenio Lertxun was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 40 minutes of play, Nordic Union's Ivar Billock made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Lertxun was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the game, Fredrik Söderquist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugenio Lertxun. Fredrik Söderquist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivar Billock stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eugenio Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariusz Prusinowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Billock in the 54th minute of play forced Los Casa Fantasmas FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Lertxun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Ivar Billock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Lertxun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tao Shi Fan took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Lertxun. Eugenio Lertxun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Eugenio Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Söderquist in the 60th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Nordic Union's goal looked a bit too open when Guaberto Gelmiro came free, but Manfred Öberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Guaberto Gelmiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Manfred Öberg. Nordic Union's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guaberto Gelmiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Eugenio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Söderquist in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Anibal Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manfred Öberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Nordic Union's goalkeeper Manfred Öberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Peyo. Eugenio Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Haglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Eugenio Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Billock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nordic Union made a substitution. Waldir Andrade replaced Ivar Billock. Eugenio Lertxun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Söderquist in the 86th minute of play. Los Casa Fantasmas FC's Eugenio Lertxun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredrik Söderquist in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Tao Shi Fan made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Lertxun. Los Casa Fantasmas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1.
