The supporters of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taam 董卓 didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Lucero came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Paso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Lucero couldn't finish the play. Mira Pene made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Gabon in the 9th minute of play. Branislav Velchevski was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Lucero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eber Melivilu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taam 董卓 got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tomas Lucero. Branislav Velchevski made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Tomas Lucero sent off a good shot on target. Tomas Lucero came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Branislav Velchevski could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Timoteo Basualdo got a free kick in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes, Paso FC's Guillermo Ubelteso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Branislav Velchevski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paso FC reached it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Paso FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
