In the 3rd match minute, Lidador F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delfim Oliveira to maneuver through the defense. Viriato Sabrosa hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Anıl Arda Ünlüer from long distance, 4 minutes into the match, got Tamás Albert's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Danilo Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Barbosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. If Danilo Pinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valverde United's Joaquim Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Pinho in the 9th minute of play. Joaquim Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Oliveira in the 10th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Danilo Pinho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lidador F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tamás Albert made an important save on a dangerous shot by 周迅然 in the 19th minute. Tamás Albert made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when 周迅然 sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Valverde United's zone, Danilo Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Barbosa came out of the goal and Danilo Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lidador F.C.'s Delfim Oliveira got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Danilo Pinho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquim Barbosa. Valverde United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Pinho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Joaquim Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Oliveira in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Danilo Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lidador F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Pinho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquim Barbosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Valverde United's 周迅然 got a free kick in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danilo Pinho was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Pinho in the 51st minute of play forced Valverde United's goalkeeper Joaquim Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Lidador F.C.'s Joaquim Barbosa threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Danilo Pinho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lidador F.C. were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Valverde United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alcino Malafaia took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Alcino Malafaia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquim Barbosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Joaquim Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ionică Lițiu made in the 60th minute of the game a quick throw-in and 周迅然 immediately put the ball in play. Delfim Oliveira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquim Barbosa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Joaquim Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Pinho in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Danilo Pinho in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquim Barbosa saved Valverde United from getting behind. Delfim Oliveira received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquim Barbosa came out and tried to block the shot, but Delfim Oliveira slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 70th minute. Tamás Albert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anıl Arda Ünlüer in the 74th minute of play. If Delfim Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquim Barbosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Pinho in the 85th minute of play. Lidador F.C.'s Tamás Albert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teófilo Mota in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Valverde United getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Paulo Tristão hit a great ball.
