Aves Negras's Humberto Urtsin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Variante Delta's Thibaut Vandamme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Variante Delta from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Hornilla in the 5th minute of play forced Aves Negras's goalkeeper Marcial Bakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Arano Murguiondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Variante Delta's goalkeeper Thibaut Vandamme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guter Tobia. In the 9th minute Caio Hornilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Hornilla in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes of play, Variante Delta's Caio Hornilla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Bakar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Caio Hornilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Bakar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Variante Delta got a freekick which was hit by Arano Murguiondo. Thibaut Vandamme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guter Tobia in the 17th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aves Negras's Guter Tobia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thibaut Vandamme. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. A sloppy throw-in by Arano Murguiondo in the 27th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aves Negras's Andrey Kapitanski. After 30 played minutes Variante Delta got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Bjørn. In the 31st minute of the match Enrique Perico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thibaut Vandamme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Aves Negras's Guter Tobia got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Aves Negras got a freekick which was hit by Cezar Ciorogaru. Aves Negras's attentive Andrey Kapitanski managed to snatch the ball when Güntekin Koca made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. Thibaut Vandamme acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 41st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marten Descamps. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Serapio Reigada managed to get in a good position for a shot. Variante Delta's supporters rose to their feet, but Serapio Reigada was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcial Bakar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Aves Negras's Aaron Gallagher was substituted for Gervasio Pavieta. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caio Hornilla was the one to do the kick off. Guter Tobia scored 2-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thibaut Vandamme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Hornilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Guter Tobia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thibaut Vandamme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Variante Delta made a substitution. Enginalp İdilkurt replaced Ye Yao Le. Andrey Kapitanski made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Variante Delta's Güntekin Koca. Su 苏文斌 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Bakar having to make a save. Marcial Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Su 苏文斌, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute of the match, Su 苏文斌 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Bakar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Aves Negras made a substitution. Efrain Artal replaced Guter Tobia. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aves Negras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferdinand Bjørn was slow to take the kick. During this time Variante Delta's players had a chance to rest. Variante Delta's Ferdinand Bjørn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcial Bakar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 73rd minute Su 苏文斌 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Bakar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Aves Negras's Efrain Artal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thibaut Vandamme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Efrain Artal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thibaut Vandamme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Fausto Joseph sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrey Kapitanski made in the 95th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Variante Delta's Güntekin Koca. In the 97th minute Variante Delta were awarded a corner. Ferdinand Bjørn went to the cornerflag to take it. Variante Delta's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
