The referee showed Lucian Petriceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anter Barroso made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Durval Meireles sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Edu Quintal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Academia Rio's Jean Oltean quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Avram Pârvan succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After 23 minutes, Percy Cearense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BRASIL.Sp and the Academia Rio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes BRASIL.Sp got a freekick which was hit by Percy Cearense. After 32 minutes, Durval Meireles made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Academia Rio's Anter Barroso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Anter Barroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anter Barroso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percy Cearense in the 42nd minute. The referee gave Academia Rio a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. Iordache Gheban hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the game, BRASIL.Sp's Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anter Barroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Academia Rio players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
