After 22 minutes of play, Despidida AFC's Toro Martínez made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Senio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toro Martínez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Despidida AFC's Kees Harmsen in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The throw-in from Michael Corleone in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Dionisia's Tomás Xacintu. Aquiles Senio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 83rd minute. Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Beturian in the 85th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Despidida AFC's Aquiles Senio threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dinu Ivănescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fernando Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Beturian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
