When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emiliano Velasco to strike the kick off in the second half. Roman Vachon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toro Martínez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute Despidida AFC were awarded a corner. Arturo Arano went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 95th match minute, Manfredi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Tajo to maneuver through the defense. Manfredi AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
