With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hieronim Tarasek in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarrett Rosenberg saved Cosmos Soccer Club from getting behind. The supporters of Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS booed when Cosmos Soccer Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Novak didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hieronim Tarasek in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarrett Rosenberg saved Cosmos Soccer Club from getting behind. Nadir Ünlüol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jarrett Rosenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th match minute, Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qiu Sheng Yuan to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Marcus Rush managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cosmos Soccer Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Rush was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartlomiej Kwinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th match minute, Cosmos Soccer Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clay Pringle to maneuver through the defense. Jarrett Rosenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Tarasek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güney Tuğyan kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hieronim Tarasek in the 22nd minute of play. If Hieronim Tarasek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Clay Pringle charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clay Pringle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clay Pringle kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Montrell Bolonga suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 36 minutes, Patrick Fontenot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosmos Soccer Club and the Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS made a substitution. Haldun Doğulu replaced Montrell Bolonga. Patrick Fontenot hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Hieronim Tarasek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS were awarded a corner. Wincenty Bucyki went to the cornerflag to take it. Jarrett Rosenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hieronim Tarasek in the 43rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hieronim Tarasek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Hieronim Tarasek took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Jarrett Rosenberg to make any attempt to save it. Jarrett Rosenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hieronim Tarasek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartlomiej Kwinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iago Aspas, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's Bartlomiej Kwinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grant McKay in the 81st minute of play. After 83 minutes, Hieronim Tarasek made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cosmos Soccer Club's Jarrett Rosenberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Hieronim Tarasek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Palestine - Beşikdüzü TS's zone, Grant McKay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartlomiej Kwinto came out of the goal and Grant McKay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
