An unexpectedly hard shot by Erkan Tükelalp in the 6th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean-Louis Van Bever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkan Tükelalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 13 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Wauters. Jean-Louis Van Bever made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkan Tükelalp in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Erkan Tükelalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Louis Van Bever saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Samuel got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Harald Ingemarsson. KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Ingemarsson in the 37th minute of play. Cosmin Contra hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Jean-Louis Van Bever showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkan Tükelalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Eugenio Cirulli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erkan Tükelalp struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jean-Louis Van Bever didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Relyn Futebol Clube. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

After 57 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Oto. Jean-Louis Van Bever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Ingemarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durval Marinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathijs Rokeloos in the 66th minute of play. After 70 minutes of play, KFC Cromvelde's Mathijs Rokeloos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Durval Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Everardo Oto hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Usama Bolt got free with Jean-Louis Van Bever in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé 武松 in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Durval Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Durval Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé 武松 in the 82nd minute of the match. When KFC Cromvelde's Dé 武松 in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Relyn Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 88 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Erkan Tükelalp came free, but Jean-Louis Van Bever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durval Marinho came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Cromvelde's Dé 武松. But to his dismay, Dé 武松 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. KFC Cromvelde were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Relyn Futebol Clube for a fine match.
