In the 12th minute, 刘源平 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gao Qian Jie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 刘鹏洲 in the 14th minute of the match. Gao Qian Jie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Aírton Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Turan Akram made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, 江苏YZJ联队's goal looked a bit too open when 汪真浩 came free, but 石常磊 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 刘源平 kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Gao Qian Jie was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Aírton Leite capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aírton Leite really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Raul Loramendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB's Gao Qian Jie got control of the ball when 刘鹏洲 tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Rehad Akram fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB's protests and gave Rehad Akram a yellow card for diving instead. Rehad Akram hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. The supporters of XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB booed when 江苏YZJ联队 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aírton Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gao Qian Jie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gao Qian Jie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Loramendi in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Turan Akram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Turan Akram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute, Rehad Akram made a precise shot to the right of 石常磊. 江苏YZJ联队's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, XIN JIANG FOOTBALL CLUB could leave the field as winners, despite 江苏YZJ联队 having more of the ball for most of the match.
