After 3 minutes, Golaki Yaren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 14 YâReN FC and the 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Golaki Yaren hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Andoni Zubizarreta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Edip Rüstem in the 5th minute. Andoni Zubizarreta made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Mehmet Edip Rüstem sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute of the match 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB got a corner. 14 YâReN FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Evert Björling ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in 14 YâReN FC's zone, Afşar Ruzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andoni Zubizarreta came out of the goal and Afşar Ruzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 YâReN FC's Andoni Zubizarreta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save 14 YâReN FC from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute Golaki Yaren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akşemseddin Arslangiray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Golaki Yaren came free, but Akşemseddin Arslangiray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Akşemseddin Arslangiray was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Moises Henric capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Moises Henric really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Moises Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Akşemseddin Arslangiray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akşemseddin Arslangiray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arcan Yaren, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, İbrahim Ethem Hayırlı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Arcan Yaren 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Andoni Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelikan Dikici, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Muhammet Hadi during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute Arcan Yaren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akşemseddin Arslangiray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Refik Akdoğan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Andoni Zubizarreta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 84 played minutes Golaki Yaren rounded 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. 14 YâReN FC's Arcan Yaren managed to work through 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Arcan Yaren dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 14 YâReN FC's Golaki Yaren got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB had been in control for most of the match, 14 YâReN FC still came away with the win.
