Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Joar Valrot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Tomasson. Golden Lions FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joar Valrot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jesper Tomasson came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Huaröd's Stefan Strömbom. But to his dismay, Stefan Strömbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Golden Lions FC:s Jesper Tomasson showed great skill when he stopped Joar Valrot:s penalty. Algot Brandin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jesper Tomasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 played minutes, Huaröd's Joar Valrot shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesper Tomasson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Huaröd reached it. Jesper Tomasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Magnus Håning in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Nils-Erik Gustafsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. 34 minutes into the game, Dennis Jacobsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tord Forsberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tord Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tord Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sture Brogren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sture Brogren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesper Tomasson having to interfere. After 57 played minutes Huaröd got a freekick which was hit by Svante Alén. Dennis Jacobsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Tord Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesper Tomasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joar Valrot in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Huaröd booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesper Tomasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Brogren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golden Lions FC's Jesper Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Håning in the 76th minute of play. Dennis Jacobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dennis Jacobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Jacobsson. Nalie Brzęczyszczykiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Tord Forsberg made a huge save. Golden Lions FC's Jesper Tomasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Strömbom in the 86th minute of play. Tord Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Jacobsson in the 90th minute of the match.
