Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jens-Åke Hellbom started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Georg Emander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Wiktor Söderqwist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the game, Ingmar Målare recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zinedine Zidan. Ingmar Målare showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malmö Torpedos's goalkeeper Edvin Lindblom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Real Södertälje's Zinedine Zidan got control of the ball when Stig Östensson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Jens-Åke Hellbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvin Lindblom. Malmö Torpedos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Åke Hellbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Real Södertälje defense, Ingmar Målare kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zinedine Zidan. The Real Södertälje fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zinedine Zidan should have stopped the shot. Real Södertälje's Ronaldo De Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldo De Lima during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Real Södertälje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldo De Lima to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, Malmö Torpedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Billing to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Åke Hellbom during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Södertälje's Jens-Åke Hellbom got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ingmar Målare to strike the kick off in the second half. Edvin Lindblom was a little too slow when Ronaldo De Lima got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-2. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Real Södertälje was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes Real Södertälje got a freekick which was hit by Ronaldo De Lima. Real Södertälje's Zinedine Zidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Östensson in the 79th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 86th minute by Jens-Åke Hellbom got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Ronaldo De Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stig Östensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Zinedine Zidan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malmö Torpedos were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
