Kurt Andreasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 7th minute of the match. Rätan IF's Kurt Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vesterberg in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Lindgren in the 15th minute of play forced Rätan IF's goalkeeper Kurt Andreasson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Marcus Hagström managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when Rätan IF's Peter Säv fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Rätan IF's Kurt Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Sundberg in the 25th minute of play. Kristoffer Snäll hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Kurt Andreasson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Börje Samuelsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 52 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Rätan IF's Fedor Del Campo got a free kick in the 57th minute. Kurt Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 63rd minute of play. Niclas Vollander hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Fredric Åhman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Rätan IF's Kurt Andreasson got control of the ball when Dick Lindgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conny Vesterberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kurt Andreasson came out and tried to block the shot, but Conny Vesterberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 69th minute. Marcus Hagström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Säv's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Kurt Andreasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conny Vesterberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gösta Sundberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Kurt Andreasson made a huge save. Jan-Åke Abrahamsson's late challenge caught a Rätan IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan-Åke Abrahamsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Åke Abrahamsson to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rank 1 booed when Rätan IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedor Del Campo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Rätan IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rank 1 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
