The supporters of Mellansels stationsgäng booed when Albins Kamrater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Lundberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Östen Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 minutes of play, Albins Kamrater's Pocho Lavezzi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Almqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ted Pilgren made the kick off in the second half. After 58 played minutes Mellansels stationsgäng got a freekick which was hit by Andy Deckbergh. Thomas Lundberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Fredrik Almqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernst Vikström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fredrik Almqvist. That made the score 0-2 in the 67 minute of play. Sebastian Bolin charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Bolin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mellansels stationsgäng getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Sebastian Bolin hit a great ball. The tension between the Mellansels stationsgäng and the Albins Kamrater players grew even worse after the yellow card.
