With a little luck, Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger got control of the ball when Fred Persson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 3rd minute Jan-Ove Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Ånger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cheetah Team's Mark Malmberg got a free kick in the 5th minute. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Carl Enström put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bengt Ånger. When Fred Persson came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the GreenSkar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Persson couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Mark Malmberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens-Ove Mårtensson was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Jan-Ove Hansson took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Bengt Ånger to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Malmberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bengt Ånger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Mossberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Carl Enström notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger. Bengt Ånger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 59th minute, Malte Albohm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Ove Mårtensson. The goal made the score 4-1. Mark Malmberg struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jens-Ove Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheetah Team. Fred Persson scored 5-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bengt Ånger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Jan-Ove Hansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bengt Ånger was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. GreenSkar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ove Hansson in the 79th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Carl Enström made a precise shot to the right of Bengt Ånger. Cheetah Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. 95 minutes into the match, Jan-Ove Hansson notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger. Bengt Ånger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. GreenSkar FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
