Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The audience thought a goal was coming when Peder Gernberg got free with Åke Björling in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Motala's Åke Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Eklund in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute John Eckegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Roy Hamberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes of play, BK Värdsholmen's Malcolm Hammarbäck made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Björling was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Motala's Åke Björling got control of the ball when Peder Gernberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Peder Gernberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Åke Björling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Malcolm Hammarbäck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Åke Björling came out and tried to block the shot, but Malcolm Hammarbäck slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 16th minute. In the 20th match minute, BK Värdsholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Brodin to maneuver through the defense. Åke Björling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Eklund in the 22nd minute of the match. After 26 minutes of play, BK Värdsholmen's Peder Gernberg made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Björling was left in no man's land by his defense there! Åke Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Håkan Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Åke Björling was a little too slow when Malcolm Hammarbäck got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 7-0. Håkan Eklund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Åke Björling came out and tried to block the shot, but Håkan Eklund slotted it home off the left post making it 8-0 in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Åke Öman made a precise shot to the right of Åke Björling. Motala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malcolm Hammarbäck made a kick off. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Håkan Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Motala's Åke Björling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peder Gernberg in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, John Eckegren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Åke Björling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute Åke Öman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Öman in the 75th minute of play forced Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Björling came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by BK Värdsholmen's Roy Hamberg. But to his dismay, Roy Hamberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Åke Björling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Eckegren in the 87th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Motala's goal looked a bit too open when Peder Gernberg came free, but Åke Björling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Hammarbäck in the 96th minute of play forced Motala's goalkeeper Åke Björling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
