Motala's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Oskar Nykvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 11th minute Gürkan Gurka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Björling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Per-Oskar Nykvist sped through Motala's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Åke Björling. 16 minutes into the match, Per-Oskar Nykvist notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Motala's Åke Björling. Åke Björling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Åke Björling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Nykvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Åke Björling didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Oskar Nykvist went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 25 minutes of play, AIK FOTBOLL's Morgan Blom made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Björling was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Motala's William Söderberg got a free kick in the 30th minute. Per-Oskar Nykvist scored 0-6 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Björling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th minute, Morgan Blom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK FOTBOLL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 43rd match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Kiempe to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes in the game Matias Roganović did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Olov Deckberg. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Per-Oskar Nykvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. AIK FOTBOLL's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Oskar Nykvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Björling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jack Eklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Per-Oskar Nykvist charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Oskar Nykvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Per-Oskar Nykvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Björling having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, AIK FOTBOLL's Per-Oskar Nykvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Åke Björling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. AIK FOTBOLL's Fredrik Axelsson was substituted for Per-Oskar Nykvist. Åke Björling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Axelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Fredrik Axelsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AIK FOTBOLL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Fredrik Axelsson scored 0-10 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Björling, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Torsten Alin in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AIK FOTBOLL's Josef Kiempe. In the 80th play minute Andréas Fransson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Åke Björling. 0-11. Andréas Fransson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Andréas Franssons short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Åke Björling to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fredrik Axelsson had several of the Motala's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-12 score and a disappointed Åke Björling as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Fredrik Axelsson put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Åke Björling.
