Tim Olsmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Dahlquist having to interfere. Felix Arenius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Jim Lindkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim Lindkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Wennersten, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Hammarby Gård:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Metalducks:s goal. 24 minutes into the match, Hammarby Gård's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Dahlquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Eklund. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Svanberg during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hammarby Gård getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Simon Svanberg hit a great ball. Metalducks's Jim Lindkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Arenius in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hammarby Gård's goalkeeper Sven-Oskar Dahlquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 37 minutes, Karl-Magnus Skark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hammarby Gård and the Metalducks players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Metalducks booed when Hammarby Gård was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Magnus Skark didn't get a good kick on the ball. Greger Skröder scored 2-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven-Oskar Dahlquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Metalducks fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hammarby Gård had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
