Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vincent Landin started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute Vincent Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Vennerlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Gnesta Oilers getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Birger Skoglund hit a great ball. Holger Vennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Landin in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birger Skoglund in the 10th minute of play forced Libra's goalkeeper Stig Låsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Libra's Stig Låsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Hammarberg in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Holger Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo Sjöberg. Stig Låsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Hammarberg in the 14th minute of play. Libra's Stig Låsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Skoglund in the 16th minute of play. The throw-in from Arne Engström in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gnesta Oilers's Torbjörn Odeen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Landin in the 19th minute of play forced Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Holger Vennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig Låsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Vallman in the 22nd minute of play. Stig Låsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Hammarberg in the 27th minute of the match. Libra's Stig Låsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Vallman in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute Gnesta Oilers were awarded a corner. Alfred Liljeström went to the cornerflag to take it. Kasper Vallman made a great header on Gnesta Oilers's corner, it was just that Libra's Stig Låsberg managed to reach the ball for a save. Libra's Stig Låsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kasper Vallman in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Lars Hammarberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig Låsberg. Libra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Hammarberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Sjöberg got free with Holger Vennerlund in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig Låsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Hammarberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Holger Vennerlund made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Vincent Landin sent off a good shot on target. After 46 minutes Gnesta Oilers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Algot Käller who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Algot Käller almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund did a great save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Per-Åke Lundgren to strike the kick off in the second half. Stig Låsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Åke Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Låsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Åke Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Birger Skoglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Låsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Libra's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Hammarberg came free, but Stig Låsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Låsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Åke Lundgren in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Gnesta Oilers's zone, Vincent Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Holger Vennerlund came out of the goal and Vincent Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Libra's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Skoglund came free, but Stig Låsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Birger Skoglund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stig Låsberg. Birger Skoglund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 71st minute, Gnesta Oilers's Torbjörn Odeen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Torbjörn Odeen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gnesta Oilers protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Torbjörn Odeen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Holger Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Viklund in the 75th minute of the match. Kasper Vallman might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig Låsberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kasper Vallman ran back to his position shaking his head. Gunnar Biörkman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gunnar Biörkman kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Torbjörn Alin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Låsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lars Hammarberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birger Skoglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stig Låsberg having to interfere. Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Landin in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's Lars Hammarberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig Låsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gunnar Biörkman charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gunnar Biörkman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gnesta Oilers booed when Libra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Biörkman didn't get a good kick on the ball.
