Chuck Ruff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Ferreira in the 10th minute of the match. Chuck Ruff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After 15 minutes, Enrique Ferreira made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Six Pac FC's Chuck Ruff tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chuck Ruff didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tommy Sundberg went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute Daniel Waselewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chuck Ruff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pihl United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Shea Caballero hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Six Pac FC's Amund Villarreal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gottfrid Haström. That made the score 1-2 after 24 minutes of play. Ingmar Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Gottfrid Haström made a huge save. A collision led to Pihl United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Tommy Sundberg hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Pihl United defense, Ingmar Lundgren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gottfrid Haström. The Pihl United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gottfrid Haström should have stopped the shot. Chuck Ruff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shea Caballero in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Enrique Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pihl United's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Ferreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chuck Ruff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 minutes, Ubaldo Matildo Eagle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Six Pac FC and the Pihl United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute Chico Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chuck Ruff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Enrique Ferreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chuck Ruff was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tommy Sundberg was the one to do the kick off. Six Pac FC's Billy Öman was substituted for Marcus Asserlindh. In the 58th match minute, Pihl United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommy Sundberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 71stth minute of the game Enrique Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Six Pac FC's Chuck Ruff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Charles Godholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gottfrid Haström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lasse Grym didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ball Balla hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Six Pac FC's Ingmar Lundgren got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pihl United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
