An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Ekgren in the 20th minute of play forced Sjötorp IF's goalkeeper Chris Nordås to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thor Browald got free with Roger Ekberg in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sjötorp IF were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after AC United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeng Chao Zhen took the corner. AC United's Roger Ekberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save AC United from getting a goal against them. After 28 played minutes Sjötorp IF got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Ekegren. In the 29th minute, Gottfrid Larsson made a precise shot to the right of Chris Nordås. Sjötorp IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Sjötorp IF getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. William Öberg hit a great ball. Chris Nordås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Ekgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gottfrid Larsson sped through Sjötorp IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chris Nordås. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thor Browald was the one to do the kick off. Chris Nordås showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Algot Månsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chris Nordås having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Öberg during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sjötorp IF getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. William Öberg hit a great ball. Chris Nordås showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gottfrid Larsson in the 69th minute of the match. With a little luck, Sjötorp IF's Chris Nordås got control of the ball when Algot Månsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Allan Ekström in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sjötorp IF's Eddie Ekegren. Filip Holmgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Thor Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes AC United got a freekick which was hit by Gottfrid Larsson. If Thor Browald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
