The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Lundqvist got free with Mikael Rudqvist in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mikael Rudqvist made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Christian Lundqvist sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when August Ryberg sped through Quetzal Flyers Hammers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomas Runeberg. HEDONISM U18's Mikael Rudqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Küdüs in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of HEDONISM U18 booed when Quetzal Flyers Hammers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute Christian Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikael Rudqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
