Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Mårten Abrahamsson made the kick off and thus started the match. FC NILS's Åke Utter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mårten Abrahamsson in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Melchester Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Zebastian Palmkvist came free, but Patrick Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvard Blixt to maneuver through the defense. Melchester Rovers's 周德适 got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Melchester Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Bill Fitzpatrick came free, but Patrick Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mårten Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Åke Utter made a huge save. Patrick Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Melchester Rovers's zone, Bill Fitzpatrick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Samuelsson came out of the goal and Bill Fitzpatrick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrick Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 21st minute of play. Bill Fitzpatrick scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Patrick Samuelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 27 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goalkeeper Åke Utter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mårten Abrahamsson. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC NILS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marc Lägdin was slow to take the kick. During this time Melchester Rovers's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Marc Lägdin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC NILS's Åke Utter did a great save. FC NILS's Åke Utter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC NILS from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvard Blixt to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC NILS getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zebastian Palmkvist hit a great ball. Patrick Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Palmkvist in the 38th minute of the match. Patrick Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bill Fitzpatrick in the 39th minute of play. After 40 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Blixt. FC NILS were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Melchester Rovers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Americo Portas took the corner. The corner led FC NILS's Americo Portas to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrick Samuelsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Palmkvist in the 45th minute of play forced Melchester Rovers's goalkeeper Patrick Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Zebastian Palmkvist got free with Patrick Samuelsson in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Melchester Rovers's Uno Klementsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Kaj Jonasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patrick Samuelsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bill Fitzpatrick went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. FC NILS's Filip Örtlund was substituted for Bill Fitzpatrick. Åke Utter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Jonasson in the 78th minute of play. Melchester Rovers's Patrick Samuelsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Melchester Rovers from getting a goal against them. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC NILS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
