Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andrei Rareș kicked off to start the match. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Andrei Rareș put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gigel Lupea. Rareș Andrei hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. RB Buzău's Gigel Lupea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Rareș in the 11th minute of play. After 12 played minutes FC Urzicuța got a freekick which was hit by Nicola Rareș. Gigel Lupea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Andrei in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Nistor Balint shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mircea Avacariței saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigel Lupea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Rareș in the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Andrei Rareș put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gigel Lupea. The supporters of RB Buzău booed when FC Urzicuța was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rareș Andrei didn't get a good kick on the ball. Turgay Sökmensu hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 38th play minutes Andrei Rareș shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Gigel Lupea and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 45th minute, Nicolae Trifănucă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute Andrei Rareș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Lupea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leontin Bungescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Gigel Lupea was a little too slow when Rareș Andrei got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-5. After 58 played minutes RB Buzău got a freekick which was hit by Traian Voina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Rareș in the 60th minute of play forced RB Buzău's goalkeeper Gigel Lupea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RB Buzău's Gigel Lupea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Rareș in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Rareș in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Lupea saved RB Buzău from getting behind. Nistor Balint kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Rareș Andrei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Adomniței charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed David Adomniței the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of RB Buzău booed when FC Urzicuța was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Adomniței didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigel Lupea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrei Rareș's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Gigel Lupea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrei Rareș, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Turgay Sökmensu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Urzicuța played a much better game than RB Buzău and deserved their victory. The RB Buzău players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
