The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michael Tan in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petre Baicea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute, Ovidiu Dobrica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Gigel Crăciun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Petre Baicea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Tan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Tan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Petre Baicea made a huge save. After 18 played minutes G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️ got a freekick which was hit by Criss Kent. In the 24th minute Svante Vase shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Baicea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Balavanis's goalkeeper Petre Baicea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Tan. A collision led to G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ovidiu Dobrica hit a great ball. Michael Tan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Petre Baicea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 40 minutes into the game, Codrin Lăzărescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Dinu Dabija was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Toader Arotăriței lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Dinu Dabija. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Svante Vase during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Petre Baicea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Svante Vase, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinu Dabija made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toader Arotăriței in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Ovidiu Dobrica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balavanis the free kick. After 73 minutes of play, G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️'s Michael Tan made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petre Baicea was left in no man's land by his defense there! G16 ⚽️NEGRELE⚽️'s Andrei Pintea was substituted for Michael Tan. Dinu Dabija didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. In the 87th minute, Ovidiu Dobrica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrei Pintea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dinu Dabija made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toader Arotăriței in the 90th minute. Balavanis's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
