After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Cazimir Pânzaru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Cazimir Pânzaru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Manciulea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Remus Manciulea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Burdujan went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 10th match minute, Soca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Zorlescu to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manuel Burdujan got free with Remus Manciulea in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Manuel Burdujan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 13th playminute. 19 minutes into the match, Soca's goalkeeper Remus Manciulea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manuel Burdujan. In the 44th minute of the match, Matei Onaca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Remus Manciulea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 46 minutes into the match, Mihail Juverdeanu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remus Manciulea, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matei Onaca to make the kick off. The Stiinta-Univ. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Remus Manciulea came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Stiinta-Univ.'s Manuel Burdujan. But to his dismay, Manuel Burdujan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 78 minutes into the match, Soca's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Burdujan came free, but Remus Manciulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Manciulea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Juverdeanu in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Stiinta-Univ.'s Manuel Burdujan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remus Manciulea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. In the 83rd minute, Mihail Juverdeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stiinta-Univ. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. In the 87th minute, Matei Onaca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remus Manciulea was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Remus Manciulea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Burdujan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Soca's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Pânzaru came free, but Remus Manciulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Eduard Darabonț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Stiinta-Univ. got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Aluncai. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
