In the 3rdth minute of the game Mihai Isbășoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Berea's Dacian Iurea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vlad Zâncă was a little too slow when Basarab Arotăriței got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, FC Berea's Basarab Arotăriței nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vlad Zâncă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Martin Coraș charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Coraș the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC Berea's Martin Coraș got a free kick in the 13th minute. Dacian Iurea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Cucerdean in the 14th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Codruț Plop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC Berea getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Martin Coraș hit a great ball. Marius Cucerdean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Hâldan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Hâldan to maneuver through the defense. Dacian Iurea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Isbășoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Basarab Arotăriței to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Arotăriței in the 53rd minute of play forced White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Vlad Zâncă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Iurea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claudiu Cobâlcescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Iurea having to interfere. Mihail Ciocâlteu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dacian Iurea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
