Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sergiu Mihalcea got the match started through his kick off. Luca Papaiani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Neagoe's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. After 10th play minutes Iustin Neagoe shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Luca Papaiani and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Galati Harbour Cats getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Basarab Zdroană hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustin Neagoe in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Papaiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th minute Aurel Crainic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Papaiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Papaiani came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Iustin Neagoe. But to his dismay, Iustin Neagoe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With 35 minutes on the clock, Ferdinand Ţîrlea commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 34th minute, one of Fc Rapid Bucuresti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fc Rapid Bucuresti. Luca Papaiani came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Sebastian Andone. But to his dismay, Sebastian Andone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Sebastian Andone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Andone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luca Papaiani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luca Papaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Andone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Iustin Neagoe succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. 59 minutes into the match, Fc Rapid Bucuresti's goalkeeper Luca Papaiani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Neagoe. Luca Papaiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Neagoe in the 61st minute of the match. Galati Harbour Cats's Manole Ghiondea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Șerban Roşca in the 63rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustin Neagoe in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Papaiani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iustin Neagoe in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luca Papaiani, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 77th minute, Iustin Neagoe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Galati Harbour Cats's attentive Valer Oproiu managed to snatch the ball when Eusebiu Baltian made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Brogren came free, but Manole Ghiondea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Fc Rapid Bucuresti's Uno Brogren made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manole Ghiondea was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 91 minutes, Iustin Neagoe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galati Harbour Cats and the Fc Rapid Bucuresti players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Iustin Neagoe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Galati Harbour Cats's zone, Uno Brogren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manole Ghiondea came out of the goal and Uno Brogren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Uno Brogren came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Fc Rapid Bucuresti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uno Brogren couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Galati Harbour Cats walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
