Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) FC MCM's Radomil Redisz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes MasterBets's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mugur Jupâneanu who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Mircea Bodiu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 7 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goalkeeper Gigel Zăvoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elodio Ghinescu. Manuel Tufescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marius Macovei in the 12th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, FC MCM's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Macovei came free, but Manuel Tufescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radomil Redisz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Gigel Zăvoiu made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FC MCM's zone, Marius Macovei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Tufescu came out of the goal and Marius Macovei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MasterBets's Fabio Cordareo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gelu Amitroaiei in the 24 minute of the game. Elodio Ghinescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Gigel Zăvoiu made a huge save. With a little luck, MasterBets's Gigel Zăvoiu got control of the ball when Elodio Ghinescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gigel Zăvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Redisz in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of MasterBets booed when FC MCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dacian Mustăcilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marius Macovei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Macovei in the 81st minute of play forced FC MCM's goalkeeper Manuel Tufescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, MasterBets's Marius Macovei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Tufescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some careless play in the FC MCM defense, Marius Macovei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Tufescu. The FC MCM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Tufescu should have stopped the shot. MasterBets's Dan Zafiu was substituted for Bai De Hui. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MasterBets eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
