After a rather tough play, KS Bozywerek's Igor Madej got a free kick in the 19th minute. Cyprian Gondek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Julian Kociniewski took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Kazanowski. Stefan Kazanowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wisła Kraków's Stefan Kazanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mieszko Budrewicz in the 54th minute of play. He walked away shaking his head. Stefan Kazanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mieszko Budrewicz in the 82nd minute of play. Jedrzej Nakonieczny made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Julian Kociniewski however managed to control. Stefan Kazanowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Kociniewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
