In the 2nd match minute, FC Kraków1983 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyprian Knopek to maneuver through the defense. Miromir Poniewaz scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zenon Niezywy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 8 minutes into the game, Mario gool's Roch Hoffman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zenon Niezywy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 23rd minute Izydor Puzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnaba Zacharek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walery Jajecznica did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Barnaba Zacharek 25 minutes into the match. Barnaba Zacharek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zenon Niezywy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Falkiewicz in the 31st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Falkiewicz in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Kraków1983's goalkeeper Zenon Niezywy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute FC Kraków1983 were awarded a corner. Karl Dahlberg went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Kraków1983's corner Karl Dahlberg fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Barnaba Zacharek quite easily take care of the ball. Radomil Mentis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Barnaba Zacharek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barnaba Zacharek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izydor Puzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoslaw Chlapowski in the 44th minute of play forced FC Kraków1983's goalkeeper Zenon Niezywy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnaba Zacharek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Izydor Puzio in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Walery Jajecznica stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Hugo Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Radomil Mentis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Walery Jajecznica put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Barnaba Zacharek. In the 57th minute, Izydor Puzio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barnaba Zacharek was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. In the 61st minute, Mario gool's Radoslaw Chlapowski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Mentis in the 65th minute of play forced Mario gool's goalkeeper Barnaba Zacharek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Roch Hoffman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cyprian Knopek kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Barnaba Zacharek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th minute, Borys Falkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zenon Niezywy was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomil Mentis in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnaba Zacharek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mario gool's Barnaba Zacharek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Puzio in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Radoslaw Chlapowski got free with Zenon Niezywy in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
