Tobiasz Hejza hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Edgar Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Lichucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The referee ignored DS ACADEMY TEAM's protests and gave Michal Mietus a yellow card for diving instead. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Lukasz Zaworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Komanski in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Brataniec in the 40th minute of play forced Jadymy Durś's goalkeeper Edgar Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukasz Zaworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartosz Komanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Edward Lichucki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Piszczor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edward Lichucki to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Filip Brataniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. DS ACADEMY TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Brataniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgar Piszczor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute Filip Klewinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukasz Zaworski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Lichucki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Piszczor having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Izydor Rakiewicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lukasz Zaworski. The goal made the score 2-3. If Edward Lichucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jadymy Durś walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
