Zbyszek Kaider made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Zachariasz Damaski sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute Khamzat Chimaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Kilarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rikard Træden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zbyszek Kaider having to make a save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Khamzat Chimaev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of JUNICO Ełk booed when MZetowe Mastodonty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khamzat Chimaev didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Krzysztof Hajduk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszek Kaider saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JUNICO Ełk's Harri Kaine was substituted for Rikard Træden. Zbyszek Kaider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Llope in the 71st minute of play. JUNICO Ełk's Vladimiro Theobald quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Julian Wojtowicz, made in the 73rd minute of the game. Zbyszek Kaider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harri Kaine in the 74th minute of play. When Vladimiro Theobald fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JUNICO Ełk's protests and gave Vladimiro Theobald a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MZetowe Mastodonty booed when JUNICO Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Theobald didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zachariasz Zaremba made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ksawery Pluciennik however managed to control. Zbyszek Kaider made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harri Kaine in the 81st minute of play. Harri Kaine might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zbyszek Kaider. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harri Kaine ran back to his position shaking his head. MZetowe Mastodonty's Zbyszek Kaider played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harri Kaine in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, MZetowe Mastodonty's goal looked a bit too open when Harri Kaine came free, but Zbyszek Kaider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszek Kaider didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harri Kaine went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Krzysztof Hajduk might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zbyszek Kaider. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Krzysztof Hajduk ran back to his position shaking his head. Zbyszek Kaider showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harri Kaine in the 93rd minute of the match. Khamzat Chimaev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Konstanty Kilarski made a huge save. MZetowe Mastodonty's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
