STARGARD FC's Lance Haßke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save STARGARD FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the STARGARD FC defense, Tristram Ellerton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lance Haßke. The STARGARD FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lance Haßke should have stopped the shot. Tristram Ellerton struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Lance Haßke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético de Newell. Tristram Ellerton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, STARGARD FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olly Nethercot came free, but Lance Haßke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lance Haßke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tristram Ellerton went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rico Gebhard kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olly Nethercot in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lance Haßke saved STARGARD FC from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Georg Singer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Ken Roberts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute Bruno Wiederhold shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matthew Edwards saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Tristram Ellerton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético de Newell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tristram Ellerton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lance Haßke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristram Ellerton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bobby Bear took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lance Haßke. Lance Haßke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After 80 played minutes Club Atlético de Newell got a freekick which was hit by Tristram Ellerton. 83 minutes into the match, Tristram Ellerton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lance Haßke. STARGARD FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristram Ellerton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 88th minute of the match Club Atlético de Newell got a corner. STARGARD FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Olly Nethercot ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Club Atlético de Newell's Olly Nethercot to fire away a dangerous shot which Lance Haßke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bobby Bear sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lance Haßke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tristram Ellerton, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Lance Haßke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristram Ellerton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of STARGARD FC booed when Club Atlético de Newell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justin Langford didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Club Atlético de Newell were the better team. Club Atlético de Newell's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
