The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent Harrison got free with Jacob Kobel in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 5 minutes in the game, Howard Woodhall fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacob Kobel having to interfere. Real Chelsea's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Howard Woodhall in the 9th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gus Weir in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacob Kobel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Bratfeldt during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Bruno Bratfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ken Saur scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Comunardo Prandini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Howard Woodhall got free with Jacob Kobel in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vincent Harrisons short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Jacob Kobel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 28th minute Real Chelsea were awarded a corner. Howard Woodhall went to the cornerflag to take it. Howard Woodhall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Will Rusby fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jacob Kobel, passed just outside the right post. 34 minutes into the match, Spandauer Rain Kings's goalkeeper Jacob Kobel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vincent Harrison. Jacob Kobel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Howard Woodhall in the 38th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Philip Tomlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Chelsea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Tomlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Bratfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

After a rather tough play, Spandauer Rain Kings's Abbo Ditsche got a free kick in the 57th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Real Chelsea's Gus Weir made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacob Kobel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real Chelsea's Comunardo Prandini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Saur in the 64th minute of play. If Howard Woodhall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Vincent Harrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Kobel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacob Kobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gus Weir in the 75th minute of the match. Real Chelsea's Comunardo Prandini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Real Chelsea from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, Howard Woodhall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacob Kobel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Harrison in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Vincent Harrison cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jacob Kobel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Howard Woodhall in the 84th minute of play forced Spandauer Rain Kings's goalkeeper Jacob Kobel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Spandauer Rain Kings getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Mike Westrich hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Vincent Harrison notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Spandauer Rain Kings's Jacob Kobel. Jacob Kobel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacob Kobel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gus Weir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Philip Tomlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Howard Woodhall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jacob Kobel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Kobel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gus Weir's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Vincent Harrison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacob Kobel. Spandauer Rain Kings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincent Harrison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Real Chelsea walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
