Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Darryl Cummings started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 3 played minutes Liaböen IF got a freekick which was hit by Ole Thuen. Eilert Henden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ken Halliday, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Les Hayles hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Ivar Krasniqi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trey Nevin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match Ulrik Aanes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Trey Nevin skillfully saved the ball. Trey Nevin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Nesvik in the 13th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Tynemouth Wanderers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaz Denham to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Krasniqi in the 14th minute of play forced Tynemouth Wanderers's goalkeeper Trey Nevin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Jarle Romundstad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trey Nevin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 19th minute, Ken Halliday fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eilert Henden, passed just outside the right post. 20 minutes into the match, Liaböen IF's goalkeeper Eilert Henden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaz Denham. In the 21st minute, Les Hayles reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eilert Henden. The goal made the score 1-1. Liaböen IF's Eilert Henden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Halliday in the 24th minute of play. Tynemouth Wanderers's Trey Nevin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Østrem in the 26th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 27 minutes into the game, when Mitch Croxford put in a rough tackle. In the 27th minute, one of Tynemouth Wanderers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tynemouth Wanderers. The referee gave Liaböen IF a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Christer Tufte, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tynemouth Wanderers's Trey Nevin. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darryl Cummings got free with Eilert Henden in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenneth Nesvik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Liaböen IF's goal looked a bit too open when Darryl Cummings came free, but Eilert Henden reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gaz Denham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eilert Henden didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darryl Cummings went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the match, Gaz Denham notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Liaböen IF's Eilert Henden. Eilert Henden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kenneth Nesvik kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. John-Paul Amos scored 6-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eilert Henden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th minute, Liam Roche made a precise shot to the right of Eilert Henden. Liaböen IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. Ivar Krasniqi kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. John-Paul Amos scored 8-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eilert Henden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the game, Tynemouth Wanderers's Les Hayles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eilert Henden made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-2. Liam Roche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eilert Henden came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tynemouth Wanderers's John-Paul Amos. But to his dismay, John-Paul Amos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-2. Eilert Henden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John-Paul Amos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tynemouth Wanderers had played much better football throughout.
