The FC Vorbuze fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskaras Matulis in the 25th minute of play forced FC Vorbuze's goalkeeper Valdo Neppi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Ramūnas Grigutis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Vorbuze's Valdo Neppi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when FC Vorbuze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peeter Uluk didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

FC Vorbuze's Valdo Neppi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Vorbuze from getting a goal against them.
